Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SnipBob’s website, API and MCP service. By using SnipBob, you agree to these terms. The service provider is identified below.
The service
SnipBob provides access to timestamped YouTube transcripts, public Instagram profile and post statistics, Instagram posts and reels, and TikTok video statistics, channel videos and keyword search. See the documentation for supported operations and limits. Source platforms may change or restrict access; results can be incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Check results before relying on them. SnipBob is independent of these platforms and does not grant ownership of their content.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your project keys and sign-in links private. You are responsible for activity you authorize with your account. Rotate exposed keys and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Permitted use
Only request content you are authorized to access and process. Respect applicable law, privacy, intellectual property and the source platform’s terms. Do not bypass access controls, obtain private content without authorization, infringe others’ rights, attack networks or harass individuals. We may restrict or suspend access to investigate abuse or protect the service. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Credits and limits
The free plan includes 20 credits per UTC calendar month. Free credits reset at the start of each month and do not roll over. There is no separate monthly request-attempt allowance. Rate, concurrency and daily infrastructure limits still apply; see Limits and freshness.
Successful operations consume credits at the documented rates. Failed processing does not incur a success charge. Credits are service allowances, not money or a transferable balance. Requests requiring more credits than are available stop before processing; we do not automatically charge for overages.
Paid plans and purchases
When paid checkout is available, the selected plan, currency, billing interval and applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Monthly plans renew until canceled. Monthly paid credits follow the billing cycle and do not roll over; a paid allowance replaces the free allowance for that period. One-time credit packs do not expire. Plan changes apply at renewal as shown in Settings, without an additional mid-cycle allowance.
Purchases processed by Dodo Payments are sold by Dodo Payments as merchant of record and authorized reseller, under Dodo Payments’ Buyer Terms. SnipBob provides the underlying service and product support. A custom inquiry creates no payment or entitlement: a written quote and accepted purchase terms must establish the price, deliverables and billing arrangement.
Cancellation and refunds
For an existing paid subscription, use the billing portal from Settings or the link in your receipt to cancel future renewals. Scheduled cancellation preserves access through the paid period. For payment assistance, use Dodo Payments’ buyer support. Cancellation does not itself refund earlier payments. See our refund policy; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Privacy and leaving the service
The privacy policy explains how account and request information is processed. Export your account data before requesting deletion. Resolve an active paid subscription before account erasure; contact support for help. Deleting your account is separate from requesting a refund.
Service changes and responsibility
Features and availability may change as source platforms change. We will communicate material changes affecting an existing paid plan through the account or its contact email. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular result from third-party content.
